By accessing qapital.nl (the “Site”) you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Site.
2. Information, not advice
Materials on the Site are published for general information only. Nothing on the Site constitutes professional advice and no client relationship is formed by browsing or by sending an inquiry. Advisory engagements begin only on the basis of a signed engagement letter.
3. Engagements
Where an advisory engagement is agreed, the rights and obligations of the parties are governed by the engagement letter, including scope, fees, confidentiality, IP, and termination. To the extent of any conflict, the engagement letter prevails over these terms.

You may not republish, redistribute, modify, or use them for any commercial purpose without prior written permission.
5. Third party links
